Five Quick Tips To Increase Your IQ

Are you tired of being called ‘slow, dumb, or stupid’ by your family and peers? Increase your IQ! Come and join MENSA!

Did that statement sound way disconnected and preposterous? I’m sure the phrase seemed so absurd. No matter, it’s not too far fetched. Take me for instance… I used to be that ‘slow, dumb, or stupid’ girl. As I said in my first blog post :
“You see, I was never considered 'smart'. I was a simple housewife, raised my 3 beautiful smart kids and living my small life. I could not get into a good college, my GMAT score was laughable and I could not find a job after the recession started…. Now, after about 5 months into the change, I got accepted to Mensa, I have aced GMAT (just to check if it works :) ) and may apply to some fancy university :)
Increasing your IQ is no longer a thing of the past. It doesn't matter whether you are born stupid or smart. Things can always change because our brain can really do wonders! After all, we’re only using a fraction of it most of the time. What more if we really try to tap into our brain’s maximum potential and apply it our daily lives?! I bet we can do a lot of positive changes in our world today. But let’s not get way ahead of ourselves here. First things first.

Those who are interested about MENSA, you are probably asking how can one be admitted into it? If you check out their website, mensa.org, it basically says there that you just have to belong to the top 2% of any qualified MENSA exam then you’ll be on your way to benefiting from this very exclusive and elite association. Here are some steps you can take to help prepare you for MENSA:

1. Increase your IQ by following the tips I’ve given you before. They are simple, practical and very easy to do.

2. For a more scientific approach, try hypnosis and stimulation of brain cells though waves.

3. Consistently eat, exercise and sleep right to give your brain a steady supply of oxygen and nutrients.

4. Take some free IQ tests online. This will give you an idea of what the test will cover. It will also serve as a practice ground for your mental faculties. By subjecting your brain to a series of IQ tests, you flex your brain muscles, expand its learning capacities and increase your IQ in the process.

5. Relax and enjoy.

I will LOVE to hear your comments, suggestions and anything you want to share. In addition to these tips, there's also another way to increase your IQ. Check out this site. Many people have given positive feedback about it.

  1. If you know how to take care of your body, it will exactly give back how much you have taken in. That is what we call, give and take. It goes the same with your body, mind and IQ.
