The Easiest Secret You Can Apply to Boost Your Intelligence!

People ask me "what can we do, in our everyday life that may help in increasing IQ?" Well, here is the simplest, easiest thing you can do, in your everyday life, to increase your intelligence and measured IQ: Use Your Body Symmetrically!

Different parts of our brain control different parts of our body. Usually, we tent to use our body in the most efficient and comfortable way. This result in less brain activity of some parts, and is the number one cause of decaying brain functionality.

Let me give you an example: if you are right handed, start using you left hand. Otherwise, in time, the part of the brain that controls the left hand starts to loose its fine-motorial control abilities. It is very hard to start writing with your left hand when you are right-handed, but there are simpler ways to start.

1. Move your mouse to the other hand.
2. Start using your fork, spoon or knife with the other hand during the meal.
3. Comb your hair with the other hand.
4. Fasten and release your cloths' buttons with the other hand.
5. Dial the phone with the other hand.
6. Use the remote-control with your other hand.
You get the picture…

One of the best activities that gives an overall solution to this problem and exercise all of the brain's motoric parts is sport. However, not all types of sports will do the trick. Tennis for example is not good for the overall brain activities. Sure, Tennis is a great sport, but it emphasizes the use of a single hand and a single body stance through the game and long practice hours. The same goes for football, basketball, bowling, ping pong and more.

There are other sports, however, that your brain will thank you for doing. All forms of Martial Arts are great for your brain. Almost all of the martial arts are based on a symmetric movement, whatever you practice with one hand or foot, you will also practice with the other. The exercise is also very versatile and complex. You will be giving your brain (and your body, of course) a great workout.

Another great activity you can practice is dancing. Dancing is also based on symmetric elements, complex movement and coordination. It does not matter which dancing type you enjoy (classic, modern, breakdance, hip-hop, etc…), all of them will trigger every element in your brain and will leave no part at rest.

In essence, you should not let parts of you brain decay for lack of practice, start using your body in ways you are not use to, and put the focus on symmetric activities. Every part of the brain is responsible for many activities and if you keep all of them in good shape your overall brain capacity, intelligence and measured IQ will increase significantly!

Increasing IQ and Brain Power with "Brainwave Entertainment"

One of the more elegant ways to enhance brain power, get more IQ and tap into areas you don’t always use in your brain, is known as "Brainwave Entertainment".

From all the different methods I've used to increase my IQ, this is the most enjoyable one. All you need to do is listen to soft, relaxing music and sounds which are packed with special frequency bits that stimulate the brain and enhance its functionality. It sounds amazing (and it really is …), it uses specially manipulated sounds to help influence brainwaves!

When using this method of brain stimulation, you need to be aware that not all of the systems are working. I have tried 3 systems till I've found one that works. There are several systems around. Here are the ones I have tried:

Brian Evolution System – the one that works for me. There is a 21 days trial option, so try it first before you buy. you can try it here.

IMMRAMA – this one had no effect on me (but it may be effective for others).

Brain Sync – this one was also not effective for me (again, it may have better effect on others).

Brainwave stimulation is one of the most powerful methods available for enhancing brain power. It has a direct effect on our brain and the results are very similar to a gym exercise: working out gives VERY noticeable results.

After using the system (the one that finally worked), my thought become sharper and I could see everything more clearly (everything becomes simpler :) ). I was not very stressed to begin with, but I could certainly feel more relaxed and my mood was better (so my husband claims…).

I used the system for 30 minuets each day, at noon, when I got tired. Amazingly, after the brain exercise, I felt fresh, just like in the morning. I could feel the improvement on my concentration and problem solving abilities, but the noon-boost (as I am calling it) was a remarkable bonus for me :)

To sum it up, you should definitely try a brainwave entertainment system. It does not matter which one, as long as it works for you. This is one of the best tools you can use to increase your brain utilization and the bonus here, is that it's also fun!

Welcome to my Blog

I am writing this blog to share the process of how I increased my IQ and utilize my brain power better.

I did not believe it was possible to pump up my brain 'muscle', but it turned out that it is!

You see, I was never considered 'smart'. I was a simple housewife, raised my 3 beautiful smart kids and living my small life. I could not get into a good college, my GMAT score was laughable and I could not find a job after the recession started.

One day, as I was surfing online, I saw an article about improving my brain power. I didn’t think that was possible.

Sure, I've heard about ways to enhance my memory, but brain power? Increasing my IQ was a different story…

How can I make my brain to work better?

Well, it can be done!

It turns out that the brain is like a body muscle, and there are ways to stimulate it, make it more acute and sharper. Even use more of the normal brain power percentage…

In addition, I've learned what to eat in order to give my brain the perfect nutritious elements it needed to grow.

I started to experience the difference just after 4 weeks into the change. I found that life was much easier and everything seemed clearer.

But the blow came when my friends started commenting things like "I didn’t know you were so smart" or "How didn’t I think of that before…"

This did not happen to me before. I was never the smart one in the group.

Now, after about 5 months into the change, I got accepted to Mensa, I have aced GMAT (just to check if it works :) ) and may apply to some fancy university :)

I decided to start this blog and share my experience and knew knowledge of how to increase IQ and better use your brain power.

I practically owe my new life to Prof Sevior Freud who introduced me to his program and guided me every step of the way.

In this blog I will share my experience in hope that you can all benefit from the process I went through.

I have also started a newsletter, in which I write everything about "the best food for our children brain (and ours also:) )" and what food is dangerous for the brain and should not be touched. You are welcome to register, if you are interested in those things.
