Five Interesting Facts About The Brain (Part I)

Human brains are actually like super computers. How many times has it been depicted in movies that ultimately, our goal is to be able to produce a human machine similar to that kid in the AI movie with super brain power? Why create something like us when we already have us? Sounds crazy? But the truth is, our human mind can do so many things especially if used in its maximum potential. We can boost our own IQ, in crease our memory and so much more!

For this post, I will share with you some interesting facts about our brain. Aren’t you curious why it’s been the subject of studies for decades now? Even in movies, Frankenstein stole one for his monster, zombies in many horror flicks have sought them out. There really are a lot of amazing things about our brain, you see.

For me, our brain is the most important part of our body. In dying situations, even when the heart beat has been long been gone, if there are still minor impulses detected in the brain, the patient won’t be considered dead…yet. The moment the brain is no longer transmitting impulses, then that’s the time the patient is pronounced clinically dead. Well, think about it… we most often than not take our brains for granted. But without it, how can we process all these information all around us? How can we hear, smell, feel, taste? Actually, without it, we’re nothing. The heart can be transplanted. But the brain? Good luck with that!

Moreover, without the powers our human brains can do, we would’ve probably still be living in the stone age. The only good thing about that would be living in an unspoiled world. But that’s another story.

We wouldn’t be experiencing the countless amazing things we have today --- great cities, electronics, computers, airplanes, jets, ships, etc… We wouldn’t have that hunger for more knowledge and advanced way of life. We wouldn’t know the world as we know it.
Setting aside the power of our minds, the human brain in itself is a very fascinating organ or our body. Here are some facts that will tell you why.

1. Terabyte Storage Capacity

You know what a gigabyte is right? Anybody who ever uses a computer knows what a gig is. But a terabyte is so much more than that. Quantitatively, its storage capacity is equivalent to over a thousand gigs.

Scientific studies have discovered that the human brain is capable of storing information of up to 1,000 terabytes. Imagine Britain’s National Archives which currently stores around 900 years of information for an entire country. That is only equivalent to 70 terabytes. The human brain can do more than that with plenty of storage room to spare! Amazing! Who needs a computer when we can do that? Our brain is so much more powerful than any super advanced computer we have right now. So to those who don’t believe that they have the capacity to learn more, to be smarter, to increase their IQ, well, think again. Maybe, this is what the Catholic Bible means when it was written that humans are created in the image and likeness of God, the creator. We have so much potential for brain power inside of us. We just need to unlock it and use it well. Then we can be like God, making greater and bigger things for the good of mankind.

2. Electricity in our Brain

I remember watching this movie, The Secret, where Bob Proctor said that we have the power to light an entire city for a week. He is right. This is because our brain uses electrical impulses…electrical power, generated by our body, in order to operate.

Even while we are sleeping, our brain uses the same electrical power as that of a 10-watt light bulb. That’s actually the caricature of a man with a light bulb on top if his head came from when depicting the act of thinking. This is also the reason why electrical gadgets and appliances that emit electrical impulses like cell phones, power lines, etc., can obstruct brain functions and cause damage in the long run. So try to stay away from these things when you can.

3. High Speed Electrical Highway

Pain is good, did you know that? It’s a signal that tactile sensations, whether it be pain, heat, or cold is immediately sent from your toe for instance straight to the brain at a speed of 170 miles per hour! This is why we immediately feel these things even if the point of origin is so far from your brain. It gets processed fast, so fast that it’s almost instantaneous. Without it, you won’t notice that your hand is burning or that your foot is getting pricked.

4. Hungry for Oxygen

Our brain is only a small part of our body, 2% to be exact. Yet, it uses 20% of the oxygen we breathe so it can keep on functioning. This is the reason that without oxygen, we die so fast. We can not eat for weeks and survive. We can not drink water for days and live. But a few minutes without oxygen, we die. Because without oxygen, the brain will stop functioning. When it does, those messages that go to and fro our different body parts will stop causing an immediate shut down of our internal organs then we die. The end of life for us. So to all smokers out there or those people who are constantly exposed to fumes and carbon emissions, save your brain and stop smoking, find a different job and change your lifestyle.

5. More Dreams for the Smart Ones

Scientists have studied that those people with higher IQ dream more often. But don’t fret if you are among those who don’t dream at all. Most probably you just don’t remember it. Most of your dreams last only for a few minutes and unless you wake up while we are in REM stage, it would be difficult to remember anything from your dream at all. This is also why you are told to keep a dream diary on your bedside table so you may record it the moment you wake up, if you remember anything at all.

These are just some of the interesting facts about our brain. Knowing these things can help you take care of it more so you may be able to maximize its use. By doing so, you are helping yourself get smarter, have higher IQ and increase your overall brain power.

There are also other ways to help increase your IQ. There's brainwave technique and there's hypnosis. I've tried them before and they worked. Many users have already found them very useful. Check them out and see for yourself.

I will share more in my next post. If you have questions, feel free to email me at Karen@samuelprime.com.

Six Ways to Improve Learning Skills

While most of us grew up thinking that we can only learn as much as our genes would let us, there are actually countless of ways you can adapt that can help you improve your learning skills, increase your IQ and improve your memory. I have already mentioned several approaches on how to boost your brain power in my previous blog posts and there are still more! It’s up to you which ones you would like to adapt for yourself. Perhaps you want to try everything and see which ones will suit you best and help you cope better with the increasing supply of today’s accumulated knowledge.

Let’s define learning, shall we?

In the very busy world of business, commerce and technology, what matters most is not how much you know but how much you can deliver at the most effective and efficient way possible. This is where having an increase in IQ helps. Having more IQ is not necessarily equal to having a lot of stored knowledge. Of course it helps that you know a lot of things. But if you don’t know how to process them, work with them and apply them in your business or life in general, then your knowledge would be of no use. This entails having specialized knowledge, skills and a huge amount of self-confidence to carry you through the toughest of ordeals. What you can do to attain a specialized set of knowledge is to choose a specific problem to solve in your line of work for instance and do well in solving it. This will then help you attract other opportunities of the same nature but with more challenging problems. This way of tackling things will then define your destiny in this field. It doesn’t matter what title you hold in your company. What matters is how good you are in learning how to tackle the problems in your company. This will determine your success in this ever changing world of business, commerce and technology.

An example of first stage of learning

There will always be times when we will come across new materials for learning purposes. It could be for business, for personal gain, a part of school project, etc. The first moment we lay our eyes on these materials, we are likely to become overwhelmed. Some may feel insecure, incompetent or fearful of the tasks at hand. But don’t fret. The moment we expose our mind to new things, no matter how confusing it may seem at first, we are already learning. The subconscious part of our brain is already assimilating and processing this new information. This is your first stage of learning. The sooner we get to this stage and overcome it, the easier learning gets. However, it also crucial to do this with an open & embracing mind, a mind that is curious and anticipating. This will help boost your brain power and maximize your learning potential.

The importance of breaks

This approach does not only apply to students but to anyone who is involved in accumulating a huge amount of data over an extended period of time. It is a must to schedule a 10-15 minute recess every two hours and a 3-5 minute break every 40 minutes. Studies have been undertaken which showed that when we study, we remember more those things that we have studied at the beginning and towards the end. Therefore, having a 3-5 minute break every 40 minutes will increase those first and last things we learned and thus increase our memory in the process. This approach will also give your mind some downtime to relax and recuperate so the next time you tackle new knowledge, your grasp of things will be sharper and your extent of productivity will be at an exponential level.

Intelligence all throughout your body

There are many kinds of intelligences. It does not only pertain to the academic kind. There are linguistic, bodily-kinesthetic, logical-mathematical, spatial, musical, interpersonal and intrapersonal kinds. Notice how your fingers adapt to learning new music when you’re playing with your keyboard or guitar for instance? It’s as if your fingers have a mind of their own. You don’t even have to think about it anymore. However, when you are learning something new and you notice that you are resisting, it may be your body’s way of telling you that you are not ready and that there are more important needs that your body has to meet. Perhaps, you’re hungry, Thursday, have errands to run, etc.? Stay attuned to what your body is telling you. When you feel that you are ready and are in that position of acute curiosity and anticipation, then that is when your mind will be more receptive to learning.

Paradigm shift

When the going gets tough..the tough changes paradigms! When learning new material gets to be so overwhelming, you may look at it from the perspective of a teacher. Just imagine that you will be teaching these things to your students so that you will be more receptive of the new information. Another way is by thinking of a particular person who could benefit well from the information you are learning. This way, your learning will have more value because it will have a seemingly desired application.

Kinesthetic Activity

I’ve mentioned above about the different kinds of intelligences. It is important to spend time in developing each one of them in order to become a very well-rounded person. One of these intelligences is the kinesthetic kind. By engaging yourself in activities of this nature, the more your brain develops more connections in the form of dendrites. The more connections there are, the more efficient and effective your thinking will be, the easier it is for you to learn. This is one sure way of boosting your IQ and memory power. So while you are also enhancing your other intelligences, take time to do some physical work to increase your brain power:

• Playing with your musical instrument
• Any sports • Painting
• Going on trips and experiencing other heritage and cultures

These things will also give your brain a much needed downtime or rest like I’ve mentioned a while ago. Isn’t it that when you are sleeping, you brain is still working and processing all those millions of data it has accumulated all throughout the day? Then you wake up feeling rejuvenated and refreshed? It’s the same thing when you are engaged in physical things that you love to do. Time flies by, your attention to the activity is at 100% and it therefore encourages you to use the other parts of your brain. When you get back to your usual work load, your mind will feel rested and you will work more efficiently and effectively.

Moreover, if you already have high IQ, your learning skills will definitely sky rocket! Take a look at this IQ site for more information where people really gave good feedback about it.

These are just some things you can do to improve your learning processes, help increase your IQ and boost your memory. Try them out and let me know what you think. You may email me at email Karen@samuelprime.com. for any comments and suggestions you may have. Or you may comment here. :-)

Can Positivity Make You Smarter?

Can thinking positive make you develop a more advanced IQ? Can positivity increase one's intelligence? Can you really transform your life with a positive attitude? Can it really make a difference in your life? Shifting paradigms from one that has been inculcated in us since the day we were born to embracing something good but is just not the way we were taught to think, feel and live is quite a difficult feat. But when done consistently and properly, studies show that it does result to having a well-balanced mindset, sound mental health, better life and greater purpose.
Things to remember:

  1. Positive thinking is not the same as wishful thinking or daydreaming. No matter how many good thoughts you project in a day, no matter how badly you want something to happen, if it remains just a thought, then it will produce no concrete results. Isn't this an obvious sign that one is not using their IQ very well?
  2. Thinking positive is not the same as being blind about the harsh realities of the world.. it’s not about denying that something is wrong. On the contrary, it’s all about facing the facts and dealing with one’s problems so that moving on to better things can be done faster and easier. With more IQ, this will become an easy feat to accomplish.
  3. Positivity, while being realistic and accepting the harsh realities of life, is more importantly about looking at the good things in every situation and maximizing those positive aspects so that they will work well with your life and from there, attract and build more positive situations.

People who are consistent practitioners of positivity do have better IQs than most that is why they tend to attract more blessings in their life, are stress-free, healthier and happier. There was a research done at the University of Texas that produced evidence that having positive outlook in life is crucial in delaying debility in older people. There was also a research done at North Carolina State University that frequently thinking negative thoughts restricts cognitive functions. Therefore, this means that embracing positivity can heighten your mental aptitude and even keeps you younger.

However, those who do find it hard to just immediately switch their paradigms from the negative things that they’ve gotten used to, to this new age of positive thinking, there are ways to go about it in a more scientific manner. One of which is hypnosis.

Hypnosis can do so many things! They can help you lose weight, get good grades, achieve financial stability and even increase your intelligence! Hypnosis is a tool that will help you focus more on the positive things and eliminate the negative things in your mind, heart and soul and eventually, in your life. Hypnosis will help you increase and maximize your brain power so you will only have to spend your time working on great things. Now, that is high IQ in the making! Check out this site for more information. Many people have tried it and gave real positive feedback about their experience with it.

Simple Everyday Ways to Boost Your IQ (Part II)

This blog post is a continuation of the first seven ways I shared on how to boost your IQ. Were you able to start practicing them? How was it? Here’s more to choose from:

It’s never too late to be talkative.
Talking must be one of the best forms of communication there ever is. When done accordingly, it eases one’s understanding about things. Have you ever tried explaining a difficult concept by talking?

Brain wave tools are cool.
If you want to feel more relax while at the same time becoming more acutely aware of things around you and in your life, use brain wave tools. They are the latest in increasing brain stimulation and boosting intelligence. They open your mind to analyzing things you thought you never could understand before. Many people have already given positive assessments about it.

Play at work.
It’s true what they say that when you love what you’re doing, time flies by so fast and you’re happier and more relaxed than ever. Work becomes play which helps lessen and even eliminates stress while it also revitalizes your brain power. And when you’re not stressed, you have clearer thought processes, your worries are out of the window and your brain is at its optimum level.

Yes to Positivity.
Feeling good can be a source of a lot of wonderful things. When you feel good, you tend to be more confident than usual. When you are confident, you think positive things. When you think positive things, you attract more positive thoughts, thus, you become a lot smarter. It helps if you practice affirmations along the way because they open more windows for better opportunities. They will attract success which means that you are living your life smarter. Ultimately, this means that your intelligence is soaring.

Imitation, yes?
Be with people who are like you or who you like to be someday. Scrutinize them and imitate what they do. Did you know that this is what’s behind the neuron linguistic programming? However, when they start to advise you, just take it in stride because not all of them really know the reason behind their success. So listen to what they say but most critical is to follow what they do.

Debates can be unhealthy.
When you are motivated to argue, your ego instead of your logic is the part of your brain that gets primarily aroused. This can be destabilizing to your brain if not put in check. In the event that you can’t avoid arguments, make sure that logic is involved and let ego get out of the way.

GIGO.
Most of you may be familiar with the term G-I-G-O (garbage in, garbage out). In this instance, I’m referring to the food that you take which may affect your brain functioning. Be aware of such food especially those that may cause some allergies like indigestion as well as brain fog by eating such things.

Fish, anyone?
Speaking of food, fish contains omega fatty acids that promote blood circulation thereby bringing more oxygen to the brain. I wrote something about this before and we all know when we have more oxygen in the brain, our brain functions better. Fish also aids in curtailing depressions, lessening incidences of strokes and heart attacks and a lot more. So eat fish and see how your life improves.

Do check out the other secrets and ways on how you can increase your brain power and boost your IQ. It never is too late to want to be smarter. They worked so well for me and continue to do so. In the meantime, sign up don’t forget to register to the Newsletter (fill the form above at the right :) and email me for any suggestions and comments you may have at Karen@samuelprime.com.

Simple Everyday Ways to Boost Your IQ (Part I)

In my last blog post, I have enumerated some practical ways to increase IQ almost instantly. In this post however, I will be enumerating some more examples that will help increase one’s brain power in the long run. So while you do those that I’ve already mentioned, try to start practicing these new ones for a more lasting and sustainable brain power effect.

Learn Smart
Learning something new (like crafts for example) every now and then helps boost your IQ. Have an inquiring mind and don’t be scared to ask questions to further clarify some of your learning or to simply ask for more information. Take a moment to pause and have a short break. Be mindful that the beginning and ending of a class has a more lasting effect in your memory that any other parts of it.

Exercise Your Brain
Those who tend to dislike Math, now is the time to change the way you feel about it because it is a very good exercise for your brain. Same thing with mnemonics. By assigning an alternative meaning to an object in order to improve recall, you are working out your brain in the process. This, in turn, will help develop neurons and strengthen neural connections which aides in preventing early mental deterioration.

Write, Write, Write
Writing activates the power of recall & memory as it helps in clearing one’s thought processes. Analytical and creative skills are also developed by regular diary entries, making poetry, creating shorts stories, essays, etc.

Speed Reading
You might have some doubt about this exercise but it doesn’t hurt to give it a try. Speed reading involves scanning the whole page of an article. When you do, always remember to read the first and last stanzas because that is where the gist of the story lies. This makes learning and understanding faster.

Make Your Surroundings Conducive
Doing any mental task is a form of exercising your muscles. Isn’t it that when you do physical workout, you prepare the venue, dress up for it and many even go through all the ritual of going to the gym with all the routines and costume changes? It’s the same way with mental exercises. Make sure that you are in an environment conducive to learning. It may be different for each one of you but things as simple as being in a quiet comfortable room, practicing deep breaths, stretching, etc. can prepare your brain in tackling heavy mental tasks.

Rosemary Power
It is believed that the scent of rosemary does wonder for the brain. Though there hasn’t been any scientific data about this, many people have asserted this to be true. If you have rosemary in your spice cupboard, do a little sniffing and see if it’s true. They say it will help stimulate your brain into working faster. It’s safe and you’ve got nothing to lose so give it a go and let me know if it works for you as it did for me.

Care for Creatine?
Creatine, is a naturally occurring organic acid found in vertebrates that gives energy to muscles. It is found in meat and is not just beneficial to athletes who want to build muscles but is also helpful in curing neurological diseases. It has been researched that creatine also aides in improving memory and increasing a person’s level of intelligence. So make sure you include meat in your everyday diet. But be aware also of the recommended dosage which is 5 grams a day.

As I have said earlier, these are just some more ways you can take to help increase your IQ in the long run. Combine these with the other suggestions I have mentioned before like doing Prof. Sevoir Freud's system for instance which truly worked for me and I'm sure will work for you too. There's also the practice of hypnotizing one's self which is a very interesting and exciting path to take with tremendous results of strengthening memory power and IQ! Many people have already enumerated the positive benefits it gives to their IQ. I'm sure it will do the same for you.

Stay tuned for more on my next post. Feel free to email me at Karen@samuelprime.com should you have further inquiries, suggestions and comments.

Practical Steps in Increasing Your I.Q.

I’m sure each one of you would love to know how to increase your IQ. I've already mentioned a bout it in my previous post and I’ve been doing it since before I created this blog. It’s actually the primary reason why I started this blog in the first place --- so I may share with you the steps I’ve been taking to continuously increase my brain power. Now, it’s your turn to put these things to test.

Below are three simple things you can do to increase your IQ:

1. Exercise deep breathing.
2. Be attentive of the way your body moves.
3. Know what your body ingests.

Let me explain these steps further:

Exercise deep breathing.

We all know that we breathe to bring in oxygen to our heart and our blood stream, right? By doing it properly, meaning, deeply, we inhale more oxygen thereby transporting more oxygen to our blood and ultimately to our brain. One sign that will denote if you are breathing deeply is when you feel relaxed. The more relaxed you are, the better improved your brain function will be, for the moment at least. But if you do this regularly, then having an increased I.Q. is just a breath or oxygen away.

Another activity that is related to breathing is doing meditation. When you meditate, you not only breathe deeply but you also focus on it even if it’s just for a just few minutes a day. When you start feeling relaxed and your mind begins to wander, control it and try to focus again on your breathing. For best results, practice meditation at least once a day, in the morning or evening, for a couple of minutes.

If you want to further boost your IQ, try self-hypnosis. It is far more advanced than simply breathing deeply or meditating. Self-hypnosis will help improve your concentration, memory, and daily brain functions. You will think far more clearly than before and your moods will definitely change for the better.

Be attentive of the way your body moves.

One simple thing you can start doing right now is to sit up straight. For most workers, sitting in front of the computer, 8 or so hours a day, is nothing new. But have you noticed how your posture declines as the day progresses? This results in back pain, muscle aches and over fatigue. Be more conscious of how you sit next time. Sit up straight when working and stand up proud when on your feet.

Another step you can take is to do a variety of exercises. It may be stretching or walking or jogging or doing jumping jacks. It can be done when at home or even while at work. Whatever it is that can make your heart beat faster and get the blood pumping will definitely boost your mental powers.

Sleeping well can do wonders to your brain power too! At this day and age, when people seem to take more than they can handle, it is important to remember that sleep does matter too, not just the amount of hours you put in sleeping, but the quality of your sleep as well. You should be able to reach R.E.M. (rapid eye movement) state or dream state in order to get the best benefits. You will know this when you wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Know what your body ingests.

Gingko Biloba has always been known as the best memory enhancer. Students take this (either in tea, leaf or capsule form) when they have exams coming up. Why not take it regularly and see how it gives your brain that much needed boost in memory, concentration and overall psychological wellness?

Drinking coffee is also good most especially when done in moderation like taking just 1 cup a day. The caffeine will surely wake up your sleepy brain cells and give you a good start on your day.

Try not to take in too much sugar for while they may give you instant wakefulness (the so-called “sugar rush”), the effect is only fleeting and is immediately replaced by sluggishness and sleepiness. This is because sugar produces insulin which is then absorbed by your veins that give you the lethargic effect. Carbohydrates are rich in sugar so try to avoid them (rice, pasta, candies, cakes, potatoes, etc.).

These things, as you’ve noticed, are not highly scientific ways of increasing your I.Q. Nevertheless, they are practical and proven ways on how you can boost your mental powers for the time being. But when done on a regular basis, that’s already tantamount to having regular and permanent increase on your respective I.Q.! On my next post, I will give you more steps you can take to further increase your I.Q.

For now, feel free to visit those other sites I talked about and let me know if it's also doing wonders for you. I'd be delighted to hear your thoughts, comments and suggestions on the matter. You may email me at Karen@samuelprime.com.

The Easiest Secret You Can Apply to Boost Your Intelligence!

People ask me "what can we do, in our everyday life that may help in increasing IQ?" Well, here is the simplest, easiest thing you can do, in your everyday life, to increase your intelligence and measured IQ: Use Your Body Symmetrically!

Different parts of our brain control different parts of our body. Usually, we tent to use our body in the most efficient and comfortable way. This result in less brain activity of some parts, and is the number one cause of decaying brain functionality.

Let me give you an example: if you are right handed, start using you left hand. Otherwise, in time, the part of the brain that controls the left hand starts to loose its fine-motorial control abilities. It is very hard to start writing with your left hand when you are right-handed, but there are simpler ways to start.

1. Move your mouse to the other hand.
2. Start using your fork, spoon or knife with the other hand during the meal.
3. Comb your hair with the other hand.
4. Fasten and release your cloths' buttons with the other hand.
5. Dial the phone with the other hand.
6. Use the remote-control with your other hand.
You get the picture…

One of the best activities that gives an overall solution to this problem and exercise all of the brain's motoric parts is sport. However, not all types of sports will do the trick. Tennis for example is not good for the overall brain activities. Sure, Tennis is a great sport, but it emphasizes the use of a single hand and a single body stance through the game and long practice hours. The same goes for football, basketball, bowling, ping pong and more.

There are other sports, however, that your brain will thank you for doing. All forms of Martial Arts are great for your brain. Almost all of the martial arts are based on a symmetric movement, whatever you practice with one hand or foot, you will also practice with the other. The exercise is also very versatile and complex. You will be giving your brain (and your body, of course) a great workout.

Another great activity you can practice is dancing. Dancing is also based on symmetric elements, complex movement and coordination. It does not matter which dancing type you enjoy (classic, modern, breakdance, hip-hop, etc…), all of them will trigger every element in your brain and will leave no part at rest.

In essence, you should not let parts of you brain decay for lack of practice, start using your body in ways you are not use to, and put the focus on symmetric activities. Every part of the brain is responsible for many activities and if you keep all of them in good shape your overall brain capacity, intelligence and measured IQ will increase significantly!

This is a summary of the path I took on the road to increasing my IQ and joining Mensa:

1. I used Prof Sevior Freud's system for overall brain development. First post.
2. I used 3 different Brainwave Entertainment systems, but only "Brian Evolution System" worked for me. Second post
3. I started using my body symmetrically and started stimulated dormant parts of my brain – Third post.

Increasing IQ and Brain Power with "Brainwave Entertainment"

One of the more elegant ways to enhance brain power, get more IQ and tap into areas you don’t always use in your brain, is known as "Brainwave Entertainment".

From all the different methods I've used to increase my IQ, this is the most enjoyable one. All you need to do is listen to soft, relaxing music and sounds which are packed with special frequency bits that stimulate the brain and enhance its functionality. It sounds amazing (and it really is …), it uses specially manipulated sounds to help influence brainwaves!

When using this method of brain stimulation, you need to be aware that not all of the systems are working. I have tried 3 systems till I've found one that works. There are several systems around. Here are the ones I have tried:

Brian Evolution System – the one that works for me. There is a 21 days trial option, so try it first before you buy. you can try it here.

IMMRAMA – this one had no effect on me (but it may be effective for others).

Brain Sync – this one was also not effective for me (again, it may have better effect on others).

Brainwave stimulation is one of the most powerful methods available for enhancing brain power. It has a direct effect on our brain and the results are very similar to a gym exercise: working out gives VERY noticeable results.

After using the system (the one that finally worked), my thought become sharper and I could see everything more clearly (everything becomes simpler :) ). I was not very stressed to begin with, but I could certainly feel more relaxed and my mood was better (so my husband claims…).

I used the system for 30 minuets each day, at noon, when I got tired. Amazingly, after the brain exercise, I felt fresh, just like in the morning. I could feel the improvement on my concentration and problem solving abilities, but the noon-boost (as I am calling it) was a remarkable bonus for me :)

To sum it up, you should definitely try a brainwave entertainment system. It does not matter which one, as long as it works for you. This is one of the best tools you can use to increase your brain utilization and the bonus here, is that it's also fun!

Welcome to my Blog

I am writing this blog to share the process of how I increased my IQ and utilize my brain power better.

I did not believe it was possible to pump up my brain 'muscle', but it turned out that it is!

You see, I was never considered 'smart'. I was a simple housewife, raised my 3 beautiful smart kids and living my small life. I could not get into a good college, my GMAT score was laughable and I could not find a job after the recession started.

One day, as I was surfing online, I saw an article about improving my brain power. I didn’t think that was possible.

Sure, I've heard about ways to enhance my memory, but brain power? Increasing my IQ was a different story…

How can I make my brain to work better?

Well, it can be done!

It turns out that the brain is like a body muscle, and there are ways to stimulate it, make it more acute and sharper. Even use more of the normal brain power percentage…

In addition, I've learned what to eat in order to give my brain the perfect nutritious elements it needed to grow.

I started to experience the difference just after 4 weeks into the change. I found that life was much easier and everything seemed clearer.

But the blow came when my friends started commenting things like "I didn’t know you were so smart" or "How didn’t I think of that before…"

This did not happen to me before. I was never the smart one in the group.

Now, after about 5 months into the change, I got accepted to Mensa, I have aced GMAT (just to check if it works :) ) and may apply to some fancy university :)

I decided to start this blog and share my experience and knew knowledge of how to increase IQ and better use your brain power.

I practically owe my new life to Prof Sevior Freud who introduced me to his program and guided me every step of the way.

In this blog I will share my experience in hope that you can all benefit from the process I went through.

I have also started a newsletter, in which I write everything about "the best food for our children brain (and ours also:) )" and what food is dangerous for the brain and should not be touched. You are welcome to register, if you are interested in those things.

Lastly, I will LOVE to hear your comments, suggestions and anything you want to share. You can leave a comment on the blog or send me an email at Karen@samuelprime.com
