Increase Your Brain Power

One of the best ways to maximize brain power, increase one’s IQ and go deep into your subconscious where untapped brain waves and energies lie, is through the system called “Brainwave Entertainment”.

Out of all the various methods I have used and practiced with to help increase my IQ, this is definitely the most fun and enjoyable one.

It’s very simple actually. You just have to tune in to a relaxing music with frequency that travels in a similar pattern as that of our brain waves. This way, our brain’s functionality is enhanced. It does sound awesome (it really is!). The sounds are manipulated to act like brainwaves and influence our brain’s frequencies.

As you try different systems, you have to be aware that not all of them will be working for you. I have tried several and of those techniques, I have found some that worked. Below are the systems and techniques I have tried:

Brain Evolution System, Hypnosis, Brain Power Pro, Subliminal CDs and Genius Mindset – These are the ones that really worked for me. Some of them offer a 21-day trial option, so make sure you try it first before you buy. Try this one here!

IMMRAMA – This technique didn’t do anything for me (although it may work well for others).

Brain Sync – This one was also not effective for me (again, it may have better effect on others).
Stimulating the brain through the Brain Evolution System is one of the most powerful and effective methods available today for improving your IQ and brain power. Its effects are directed towards the brain and the results are very similar to a gym exercise: working out gives VERY noticeable results.

After using the Brain Evolution System (the one that finally worked), my thinking became sharper and everything now seems a lot clearer and simpler than before. :) ).

My stress levels went down, I am more relaxed and happy and my well-being greatly improved. I seldom get sick and I just feel excited about life most of the time if not all the time! My moods really changed (so my husband told me…).

For 30 minutes each day, I used it at noon and when I get fatigued. I was astonished and amazed to find out for myself that right after each session, I’d always feel revitalized and rejuvenated. My concentration greatly improved as well as my problem solving abilities. The boost it gave me at noon time was truly an extraordinary bonus for me.

To summarize, I urge you to try the Brainwave Entertainment System. It doesn’t really matter which one, as long as you find it effective and useful, go for it! Using this technique is one of the perfect tools you can get to help enhance your brain power. Plus, it’s also fun!

The Secret to Joining MENSA

Not many organizations offer exclusive membership as that of MENSA. It doesn’t matter whether you are moneyed or poor, famous or not. Even if you’re Oprah or the US President, if your IQ doesn’t belong to the top 2% of the population, then goodbye to your dream of becoming one of MENSA’s very exclusive and special members. Because of this rule, Mensa has a large variety when it comes to its members. The age range is so huge and its members come from all walks of life from all over the world. I even read that recently, a two year old just became a member of this very prestigious organization. So now you ask, what can you do to become a member too? Do you have to have superior IQ? Do you have to increase your IQ? What steps do you need to take in order to belong to that much coveted 2% of the population?

It must be noted that there is no single test required to become a Mensan. This is because Mensa accepts results from a wide range of IQ tests as long as these results are certified and legitimate. You can then submit these certified results to Mensa so they can verify it. They also accept test scores on widely given tests such as The Miller Analogies, Stanford-Binet and the GMAT. The latter is actually why I became a member. I aced my GMAT and therefore I eventually got accepted to Mensa. Read up on my posts on how you can ace your GMAT. This way, it’s like hitting two birds with one stone! The American Mensa website was very particular when they said that one in fifty people do qualify for membership. Just try especially if you’ve done very well in any standardized test. Who knows, you might have been qualified all along.

For those who weren’t lucky enough to be included in the top 2% of the population’s IQ, there’s still a chance for you. Remember, I used to be that person too. My GMAT score was so tragic before and Mensa was only entertained in my wildest dreams. But now, after several hypnosis sessions in a span of two-three months, after getting involved in the brain evolution system, after studying the way to be a genius, I am already at a place where having a high IQ is the norm for me, I was able to ace my GMAT and even got accepted in Mensa. My future has never been this bright and opportunities have started sprouting everywhere. I am proof that it is never too late to want to increase one’s IQ. Like any achievement, it entails work, dedication and commitment. But once you start increasing your IQ, becoming a Mensan is not too far behind.

So may I suggest that once you have increased your IQ through the various techniques I’ve shared with you, you can ask to be tested by Mensa for membership. For those who would like to first test the waters, Mensa can administer a timed, computer-based practice test called the “Mensa Workout”. You can do this from your home where you will be mostly at ease. Though it’s not a certified test and scores here can’t be used for your admission, at least you will be able to see for yourself if you are indeed ready for Mensa. Well, if you do as I told you, like do those techniques to help increase your IQ, I know you will be able to ace this one and soon enough, be the next member of Mensa’s very exclusive club.

After your test is graded and you did score well, you will then be invited to take the real proctored Mensa test. They test those who are over 14 years of age since testing the intelligence of younger children is unreliable at best. But if you believe your child is qualified to be a member of Mensa, a licensed psychologist will administer childhood cognitive ability tests in the school setting. Adults however may contact their local Mensa chapter to schedule testing with a volunteer proctor. Once you’re admitted, you just have to pay your annual dues to maintain your exclusive membership status.

7 Cool Tips to Boost Your IQ

It has been believed before that a person’s IQ is solely determined by that person’s genes. But thanks to modern science, it has been proven time and again that this is not the case. A person’s IQ is quite malleable and with the right tools to boost one's IQ, like improving one’s working memory, anyone can enjoy having increased intelligence over time.

Of course genetics and the early gestation period play a large role in determining one’s IQ but it is not the end all and be all of having a high IQ. If you want to get the results that you want, try the following tips on how you can boost your IQ:

1. Play games Whether it be on your PSP, Xbox, computer, Wii, etc., playing games will help your mind work at spectacular speeds, strategizing and coming up with ways to win the game.

2. Sketch it It’s like keeping a diary at your bedside table. But instead of writing words, sketch the things you see in your mind. This is very crucial in developing complex reasoning abilities.

Bold 3. Solve puzzles Try not to ignore the puzzle pages when you browse through magazines and newspapers. Put some effort in solving them instead. Solving puzzles is a very good exercise for your brain. It helps extend dendrites (those tentacle-like branches in your brain that help carry massive information) in your brain and aide in the overall improvement of memory. Your mind will become sharper and you will be better at coming up with creative solutions.

4. Choose your scent There are particular scents and fragrances that help boost concentration, enable one to think clearly and lessen mistakes. Lemon scents, for instance, activates your hippocampus; Lavender relaxes your mind and helps you think more clearly; Jasmine can stimulate and excite your senses; etc.

5. Watch TV Game Shows There was a study done in UK that found watching The Weakest Link for at least 30 minutes can raise your IQ by six points while a documentary can increase your IQ by four points while the famous show Friends can boost your IQ by one point.

6. Wishful Thinking
Daydreaming is not bad as long as it’s not what you do the entire day. When you free your mind, you are detoxifying your brain and letting it rest and recuperate from stressful stimuli. Do this for 10 minutes at least every day and see how your mind works better after.

7. The power of multitasking
By doing at least two things at the same time, like listening to a radio while watching TV, can help your mind focus on something much better. Try getting information from both TV and radio then focus on one after the other. This exercise boosts your brain power and makes you better at focusing on things/work at hand.

Try these cool tips and experience a boost in your IQ. More to come on my next posts. For now, you may check out the other secrets and ways on how you can increase your brain power. Five Quick Tips To Increase Your IQ

Are you tired of being called ‘slow, dumb, or stupid’ by your family and peers? Increase your IQ! Come and join MENSA!

Did that statement sound way disconnected and preposterous? I’m sure the phrase seemed so absurd. No matter, it’s not too far fetched. Take me for instance… I used to be that ‘slow, dumb, or stupid’ girl. As I said in my first blog post :
“You see, I was never considered 'smart'. I was a simple housewife, raised my 3 beautiful smart kids and living my small life. I could not get into a good college, my GMAT score was laughable and I could not find a job after the recession started…. Now, after about 5 months into the change, I got accepted to Mensa, I have aced GMAT (just to check if it works :) ) and may apply to some fancy university :)
Increasing your IQ is no longer a thing of the past. It doesn't matter whether you are born stupid or smart. Things can always change because our brain can really do wonders! After all, we’re only using a fraction of it most of the time. What more if we really try to tap into our brain’s maximum potential and apply it our daily lives?! I bet we can do a lot of positive changes in our world today. But let’s not get way ahead of ourselves here. First things first.

Those who are interested about MENSA, you are probably asking how can one be admitted into it? If you check out their website, mensa.org, it basically says there that you just have to belong to the top 2% of any qualified MENSA exam then you’ll be on your way to benefiting from this very exclusive and elite association. Here are some steps you can take to help prepare you for MENSA:

1. Increase your IQ by following the tips I’ve given you before. They are simple, practical and very easy to do.

2. For a more scientific approach, try hypnosis and stimulation of brain cells though waves.

3. Consistently eat, exercise and sleep right to give your brain a steady supply of oxygen and nutrients.

4. Take some free IQ tests online. This will give you an idea of what the test will cover. It will also serve as a practice ground for your mental faculties. By subjecting your brain to a series of IQ tests, you flex your brain muscles, expand its learning capacities and increase your IQ in the process.

5. Relax and enjoy.

I will LOVE to hear your comments, suggestions and anything you want to share. In addition to these tips, there's also another way to increase your IQ. Check out this site. Many people have given positive feedback about it.

Can Positivity Make You Smarter?

Can thinking positive make you develop a more advanced IQ? Can positivity increase one's intelligence? Can you really transform your life with a positive attitude? Can it really make a difference in your life? Shifting paradigms from one that has been inculcated in us since the day we were born to embracing something good but is just not the way we were taught to think, feel and live is quite a difficult feat. But when done consistently and properly, studies show that it does result to having a well-balanced mindset, sound mental health, better life and greater purpose.
Things to remember:

  1. Positive thinking is not the same as wishful thinking or daydreaming. No matter how many good thoughts you project in a day, no matter how badly you want something to happen, if it remains just a thought, then it will produce no concrete results. Isn't this an obvious sign that one is not using their IQ very well?
  2. Thinking positive is not the same as being blind about the harsh realities of the world.. it’s not about denying that something is wrong. On the contrary, it’s all about facing the facts and dealing with one’s problems so that moving on to better things can be done faster and easier. With more IQ, this will become an easy feat to accomplish.
  3. Positivity, while being realistic and accepting the harsh realities of life, is more importantly about looking at the good things in every situation and maximizing those positive aspects so that they will work well with your life and from there, attract and build more positive situations.

People who are consistent practitioners of positivity do have better IQs than most that is why they tend to attract more blessings in their life, are stress-free, healthier and happier. There was a research done at the University of Texas that produced evidence that having positive outlook in life is crucial in delaying debility in older people. There was also a research done at North Carolina State University that frequently thinking negative thoughts restricts cognitive functions. Therefore, this means that embracing positivity can heighten your mental aptitude and even keeps you younger.

However, those who do find it hard to just immediately switch their paradigms from the negative things that they’ve gotten used to, to this new age of positive thinking, there are ways to go about it in a more scientific manner. One of which is hypnosis.

Hypnosis can do so many things! They can help you lose weight, get good grades, achieve financial stability and even increase your intelligence! Hypnosis is a tool that will help you focus more on the positive things and eliminate the negative things in your mind, heart and soul and eventually, in your life. Hypnosis will help you increase and maximize your brain power so you will only have to spend your time working on great things. Now, that is high IQ in the making! Check out this site for more information. Many people have tried it and gave real positive feedback about their experience with it.

Let me know what you think. Have you tried hypnosis before? Also, sign up and register to the Newsletter (fill the form above at the right) and email me for any suggestions and comments you may have at Karen@samuelprime.com.

Welcome to my Blog

I am writing this blog to share the process of how I increased my IQ and utilize my brain power better.

I did not believe it was possible to pump up my brain 'muscle', but it turned out that it is!

You see, I was never considered 'smart'. I was a simple housewife, raised my 3 beautiful smart kids and living my small life. I could not get into a good college, my GMAT score was laughable and I could not find a job after the recession started.

One day, as I was surfing online, I saw an article about improving my brain power. I didn’t think that was possible.

Sure, I've heard about ways to enhance my memory, but brain power? Increasing my IQ was a different story…

How can I make my brain to work better?

Well, it can be done!

It turns out that the brain is like a body muscle, and there are ways to stimulate it, make it more acute and sharper. Even use more of the normal brain power percentage…

In addition, I've learned what to eat in order to give my brain the perfect nutritious elements it needed to grow.

I started to experience the difference just after 4 weeks into the change. I found that life was much easier and everything seemed clearer.

But the blow came when my friends started commenting things like "I didn’t know you were so smart" or "How didn’t I think of that before…"

This did not happen to me before. I was never the smart one in the group.

Now, after about 5 months into the change, I got accepted to Mensa, I have aced GMAT (just to check if it works :) ) and may apply to some fancy university :)

I decided to start this blog and share my experience and knew knowledge of how to increase IQ and better use your brain power.

I practically owe my new life to Prof Sevior Freud who introduced me to his program and guided me every step of the way.

In this blog I will share my experience in hope that you can all benefit from the process I went through.

I have also started a newsletter, in which I write everything about "the best food for our children brain (and ours also:) )" and what food is dangerous for the brain and should not be touched. You are welcome to register, if you are interested in those things.

Lastly, I will LOVE to hear your comments, suggestions and anything you want to share. You can leave a comment on the blog or send me an email at Karen@samuelprime.com
