How to Unlock Your Brain Potential

Everybody would love to know what the secret is to unlocking brain potential. Who wouldn’t want to be smart? Many great thinkers know that the key to unlocking the potential of the mind lies in the subconscious realm. Let’s take the story of the inventor of the sewing machine, Isaac Singer, for instance. One day, in his dream, he saw himself putting the eye of the needle near the point. This prevented his invention from going to the mountain of scraps. His dream shows that the subconscious mind is still working even when one is deep in slumber. And now, look at how his invention ha contributed to our culture and economy. Where would we be without Singer?

Thomas Edison, the inventor of the light bulb, and Einstein, the proponent of the theory of relativity, both agree about the power of the subconscious mind. They both know that it indeed unlocks a lot of brain power and shouldn’t be disregarded. Even if you are no Einstein or Edison, now that you also know this think, then you can start applying it in your life.

One way to do this is to practice the Brain Evolution System even for just 30 minutes for the next 2 months. Just listen to the sound of the brain waves and let your subconscious mind do the rest of the work. In two months time, you would’ve unlocked your brain power and increased your IQ.

Just think of the possibilities it can bring you. You will be able to get that much awaited promotion and higher salary in your office; or you can now go find the job of your dream; or you may start working on your new business. You could enroll for college and get that degree you’ve been dreaming of; you can ace your GMAT and get admitted into the business school of your choice; you can even be admitted to MENSA!

Five Steps to Ace Your GMAT

If you want to get into that dream business school for your MBA, you’d have to be able to ace your GMAT first. GMAT, without a doubt, is a very difficult and time-consuming facet of the MBA application process. In order to lessen its difficulty and to be able to use your time wisely while confidently scoring 700+ on your test day, follow these simple steps:

1. Create a Timeline
Plot a three-month schedule of how you will prepare yourself physically, mentally and intellectually for the much awaited test day. Always learn from your mistakes and make your timeline as organized as possible.

2. Do Practice Tests
As the saying goes, “practice makes perfect” so practice away.

3. Track Your Errors
When you do your practice tests, label those entries that you find hard to answer, where you are slow in answering and those that you find easy. This will pinpoint your weaknesses and be able to practice more on them. This could potentially improve your score by 40 points.

4. Organize Your Studies
Follow this order when studying:

Kaplan Premier, Manhattan GMAT, or Princeton Review Study Guides

The layout of the GMAT is explained in these books including the kinds of questions that you will be tackling in each section as well as the general strategies you can use to ace the test. Once you’re done with these books, you may move on to the official GMAT study guides since they include questions from actual GMAT tests.

By this time, you are already aware of your weak spots. Use these guides to narrow down your strengths and weaknesses. Of course your weaknesses will require the most work from you. Use the tracking errors you’ve made so you would know where to spend most of your time studying and perfecting your answers.

5. Do Serious Practice Tests
Practice answering tests under real testing conditions. Try to work on 20-40 problems in each category of the GMAT every week and then, on the weekend, take one timed test under real testing conditions. That is, give yourself 3 hours to take an uninterrupted Computer-Adaptive Test (CAT) with one fifteen minute break following the exact structure of the GMAT.

Aside from doing practice tests, having better IQ also helps to get a great GMAT score. Take a look at this opportunity, people gave a really good feedback about it.

Doing these simple steps will help boost your learning in time for the real GMAT test. Do them seriously and religiously. Soon, you’ll be on your way to getting that dream MBA school of yours.

Can Positivity Make You Smarter?

Can thinking positive make you develop a more advanced IQ? Can positivity increase one's intelligence? Can you really transform your life with a positive attitude? Can it really make a difference in your life? Shifting paradigms from one that has been inculcated in us since the day we were born to embracing something good but is just not the way we were taught to think, feel and live is quite a difficult feat. But when done consistently and properly, studies show that it does result to having a well-balanced mindset, sound mental health, better life and greater purpose.
Things to remember:

  1. Positive thinking is not the same as wishful thinking or daydreaming. No matter how many good thoughts you project in a day, no matter how badly you want something to happen, if it remains just a thought, then it will produce no concrete results. Isn't this an obvious sign that one is not using their IQ very well?
  2. Thinking positive is not the same as being blind about the harsh realities of the world.. it’s not about denying that something is wrong. On the contrary, it’s all about facing the facts and dealing with one’s problems so that moving on to better things can be done faster and easier. With more IQ, this will become an easy feat to accomplish.
  3. Positivity, while being realistic and accepting the harsh realities of life, is more importantly about looking at the good things in every situation and maximizing those positive aspects so that they will work well with your life and from there, attract and build more positive situations.

People who are consistent practitioners of positivity do have better IQs than most that is why they tend to attract more blessings in their life, are stress-free, healthier and happier. There was a research done at the University of Texas that produced evidence that having positive outlook in life is crucial in delaying debility in older people. There was also a research done at North Carolina State University that frequently thinking negative thoughts restricts cognitive functions. Therefore, this means that embracing positivity can heighten your mental aptitude and even keeps you younger.

However, those who do find it hard to just immediately switch their paradigms from the negative things that they’ve gotten used to, to this new age of positive thinking, there are ways to go about it in a more scientific manner. One of which is hypnosis.

Hypnosis can do so many things! They can help you lose weight, get good grades, achieve financial stability and even increase your intelligence! Hypnosis is a tool that will help you focus more on the positive things and eliminate the negative things in your mind, heart and soul and eventually, in your life. Hypnosis will help you increase and maximize your brain power so you will only have to spend your time working on great things. Now, that is high IQ in the making! Check out this site for more information. Many people have tried it and gave real positive feedback about their experience with it.

Let me know what you think. Have you tried hypnosis before? Also, sign up and register to the Newsletter (fill the form above at the right) and email me for any suggestions and comments you may have at Karen@samuelprime.com.

Welcome to my Blog

I am writing this blog to share the process of how I increased my IQ and utilize my brain power better.

I did not believe it was possible to pump up my brain 'muscle', but it turned out that it is!

You see, I was never considered 'smart'. I was a simple housewife, raised my 3 beautiful smart kids and living my small life. I could not get into a good college, my GMAT score was laughable and I could not find a job after the recession started.

One day, as I was surfing online, I saw an article about improving my brain power. I didn’t think that was possible.

Sure, I've heard about ways to enhance my memory, but brain power? Increasing my IQ was a different story…

How can I make my brain to work better?

Well, it can be done!

It turns out that the brain is like a body muscle, and there are ways to stimulate it, make it more acute and sharper. Even use more of the normal brain power percentage…

In addition, I've learned what to eat in order to give my brain the perfect nutritious elements it needed to grow.

I started to experience the difference just after 4 weeks into the change. I found that life was much easier and everything seemed clearer.

But the blow came when my friends started commenting things like "I didn’t know you were so smart" or "How didn’t I think of that before…"

This did not happen to me before. I was never the smart one in the group.

Now, after about 5 months into the change, I got accepted to Mensa, I have aced GMAT (just to check if it works :) ) and may apply to some fancy university :)

I decided to start this blog and share my experience and knew knowledge of how to increase IQ and better use your brain power.

I practically owe my new life to Prof Sevior Freud who introduced me to his program and guided me every step of the way.

In this blog I will share my experience in hope that you can all benefit from the process I went through.

I have also started a newsletter, in which I write everything about "the best food for our children brain (and ours also:) )" and what food is dangerous for the brain and should not be touched. You are welcome to register, if you are interested in those things.

Lastly, I will LOVE to hear your comments, suggestions and anything you want to share. You can leave a comment on the blog or send me an email at Karen@samuelprime.com
